Since I have done this at least twice in the past, and invariably forget: Do not microwave chocolate chips and marshmallows together. What you get is not fudge. What you get is burnt pain and rubbery grit and a waste of perfectly good chocolate and marshmallows that could have had a happier home in your hot chocolate.
